How it works

Three steps. About 15 minutes of your time.

You don't need to know anything about websites, hosting, or domains. Here's the whole process, start to finish, with nothing hidden.

01

Fill out a short form about your business

Name, trade, towns you cover, hours, and what you want people to call you for. Then text me photos of jobs you're proud of — straight off your phone is fine. If typing isn't your thing, call me and I'll fill it in while we talk.

  • No copywriting homework.Say it how you'd say it to a customer. I turn that into the actual page copy.
  • No domain shopping.Don't have one, or don't know? I'll check what's available and handle it.

Your time: ~10 minutes

02

Get a real preview — a trial site you can actually click

In 3–5 business days I send a private link to your finished site. Not a screenshot, not a template demo. Open it on your phone, hand it to your spouse, show your foreman. Then tell me what's wrong with it — wrong phone number, swap that photo, add the towns I forgot. Revisions are included.

  • Nothing is public yet.The preview link is private. No customer sees it until you say go.
  • Changes are normal.Nobody approves it first try. That's what this step is for.

Turnaround: 3–5 business days

03

Pay the balance and go live

You approve it, you pay the remaining balance, and I flip the switch. Domain goes live, email starts working on your phone, and I connect it to your Google Business Profile so you show up in local searches. I'll walk you through it on the phone in five minutes.

  • Email set up on your phone.I'll stay on the line until mail is sending and receiving.
  • 30 days of free tweaks after launch.Spot something a week later? Text me, no charge.

Live: same day you approve

The email piece

This is the part people underestimate.

Two estimates land in a homeowner's inbox. One comes from mike@ramirezplumbingla.com. The other from mikeramirez1987@gmail.com. Same price, same work, same guy. Guess which one gets called back.

A professional email address costs almost nothing and changes how people read everything else you send. It's included with every site I build — set up, tested, and working on your phone before I call it done.

A workbench at dusk with a tape measure, pencil, work gloves and a phone under a warm lamp.

What I need from you

The whole list. That's it.

Your services

What you do, and the two or three jobs you most want to be called for.

Your service area

The towns, neighborhoods, or the radius you'll drive. This is how you get found locally.

How to reach you

Business phone, hours, and whether you take after-hours or emergency calls.

Photos of your work

8 to 30 pictures off your phone. Slightly blurry is fine — real beats stock every time.

License & insurance info

License number and whether you're bonded and insured. Homeowners look for this.

Anything you already have

Logo, old website, Facebook page, business cards. If there's nothing, that's fine too.

Process questions

How long does the whole thing take?

Usually a week to ten days from form to live. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on photos, so send those when you can.

What if I already have an old website?

Even easier. I'll pull anything worth keeping, rebuild it properly, and move it over without your existing address going dark.

Will my email stop working during the switch?

No. I set up and test the new email before the domain moves, and schedule the switch for whenever's quiet for you — evening or Sunday if you prefer.

Do we have to meet in person?

Only if you want to. Almost everything gets done by phone and text. I'm in North Carolina and happy to meet up locally.

Ready when you are

Let's get your business found online.

Fill out the short form. I'll build you a real preview — not a mockup, not a slide deck — and you only pay the rest if you like it.

No contracts. No monthly fee unless you want one.
