$200 deposit • $699 when you approve it
A real multi-page site. For an established business with a crew and a range of services.
$300 deposit • $1,199 when you approve it
Everything, wired up. For businesses booking jobs and quoting online.
$500 deposit • balance when you approve it
Prices are flat and quoted in writing before any work starts. If your job genuinely doesn't fit one of these, I'll tell you what it costs instead of padding a package.
Keeping it running
Cancel anytime. Skip it if you'd rather just call me when something needs doing.
Hosting, domain renewal, SSL, weekly backups, security updates, email support, uptime monitoring, and up to two content changes a month — new photos, new prices, new phone number, holiday hours.
Billed monthly. First month free.
Your site stays live — hosting after year one runs about $12/month billed directly to you, and you own the domain. Changes are $85/hour, minimum half an hour, and I'll quote before I touch anything.

The deposit covers building your real preview — that's actual work, not a template swap. It comes off the total, and the rest is only due once you've seen it and said yes.
Yes. Two or three payments over 60 days, no interest. Just say so up front and I'll set it up.
Yes — the domain, the content, the photos, all of it, in your name. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll hand over the files.
Paid advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, and social media management. I'll happily point you to someone good for those instead of pretending it's my thing.
